Silver Steel have been closely involved with various projects at Parkwood Hall School in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. Examples of this work can be seen below.

As you can see from this photograph the means of escape from this boiler room was not sufficient. Silver Steel were asked to survey the existing facilities and propose a more efficient alternative.

This photograph shows the solution - a mezzanine level with a ladder access fabricated and installed by us.

This is a security compound fabricated and installed to prevent unauthorised access to the gas cylinders . This is constructed of palisade fencing 2.4 metres tall and a 1 metre wide lockable gate fully galvanised.

This is a section of perimeter railings that were installed to prevent motorcyclists entering the school grounds . The total length of this installation is 85 metres, constructed from 100mm x 100mm box section which was primed and painted . The cross members are 42mm diameter galvanised tube fully welded to the box section .

This gate was installed to alleviate the problem of fly tippers using an access road to dump their waste .This was costing the school time and money to have the waste removed. The gate is 7.2 metres wide and fully galvanised and yes it DID stop the problem.
